I was contacted via mail telling me that they did not deduct for the past 3 months. I contacted them, if they can debit my account over a set period. They said no., the full outstanding amount is due. I asked why I was not contacted the first month payment did not go off. If this is the way they operate, what will happen if something happens to me. So I email them 3 days ago to cancel my membership. I received no reply as yet...
