Payment TWO MNTHS OVERDUE
It has been four months since the documents were confirmed to be received and we were later told the process is in the payment stage .We have been following up and being told the claim is being processed we phone again the following week every week .<br> It is hard enough that we have lost our mother and we have to deal with the stress of this claim .We are not understanding the delay .
