PAYMENT STILL NOT RECEIVED FROM GPAA - DIVORCE CLAIM (RM ARNOLDS, Persal No: ***7/PG01) GEPF)

<p>I still can’t believe that the ABSA issue is still being investigated and that no urgency or effort was put in place to have this claim finalised.</p> <p>I just spoke to Rene(Call Centre Agent) and once again, I am told to phone back next week for a payment date as no payment date has been issued.</p> <p> The benefit from my fund was paid to my ex-wife in the beginning of June 2016, it is now August and I am still not sure how far GEPF is with paying my claim.</p> <p> I am lost for words and don’t know what to say or do anymore.</p> <p> I urge GEPF/GPAA to please advise where to from here??</p> <p> </p>
