Payment of funds due

Good morning, can someone please assist with sorting out the payment for my wife's pension fund. She has been trying to phone the department from January will little to no development towards a payment. It is really frustrating her as she uses much of her time and resources trying to get through, just to get some clarification to when the payment is going to be made. First there was an issue of paper work not being filled in correctly, now its wait after 7 days and just keep phoning back. More than 2 months has gone pass now. That does not make any sense to anyone. How can anyone just keep phoning back, waiting for 20 to 30 minutes on a cell phone just to be told its been processed just keep phoning back. <br> Can someone please help sort this out<br>
