Payment not correct
<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I Resigned last year October 2015 and according to my year service i did not received the correct payout. My money was short of R257 000.00 (TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND RAND). I did call the call centre and they said that the payment i received is my final payment and that my case is now closed. I am very upset as to when we received my pension figures before my resignation date clearly stated how much i will get for the 35 years and 8 months service in the National Defence Force. We clearly stated that i would go on the Severance package option B but i did not received that money that i was suppose to get. Can you please check for me as i was at the age 55 when i resigned. My Persal number is ***7CA. This is a huge loss of income as i am on pension now.</p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Magda du Plessis</p>
