Payment after divorce

I got divorced last year Dec 14th and my spouse was a member of GEPF. I submitted all necessary documents. I follow up every week and I keep getting the same story that my documents are still with legal department. I am about to lose my house, the bank want payments. Can you kindly please pay what is due to me urgently?
