Pathetic service !!! Funeral benefit supposed to be paid in 72hours but takes more than a month!?

RIDICULOUS SERVICE! Does it really take 2 months to pay out a Funeral Benefit that’s supposed to have been paid out in 72hours? Pathetic service & always blaming the Pandemic on there ********** service. HOW does it take nearly 2 months to pay out a funeral benefit??? This is utter *******! And the holding times are pathetic! Just to get through to someone only to tell them sorry it’s because of the pandemic that’s why claims are taking so long to be paid out?? Now 3 weeks later of following up they come back to say there are outstandings but don’t list the outstandings and this after a consultant confirmed all documents were received!!!??? What kind of company is this?
