Pathetic Service

The service is very slow, I got divorced last year and I am still waiting for GEPF to pay out, whenever I call them of which I hold on for at least 20min and then the call still gets cut also, then I have to call back again, Only then to find out nobody has been working on the file. This is so pathetic .
