Pathetic Service

I retired in January 2021. I have requested on many occassions via email for GEPF to forward me my original IRP5 s. To date nothing is forthcoming. The service at GEPF is pathetic. Those working at GEPF must realise that they are getting a salary paid from our contributions to GEPF. Now I have a huge problem with SARS because of GEPF lack of capacity to be a normal service provider.
