pathetic institution.... please dissolve ASAP!!!
<p>I am still in limbo as to when im getting my money. I have been unemployed since December 2015 and only through God's grace, have i been able to keep my head above water. After numerous enquiries to establish when im getting my income, I decided that speaking to agents will not yield positive results. I then decided to approach a team leader and that proved even more fruitless. The team leader who goes by the name Edith, took all my particulars and promised to call me. Needless to say, Edith didnt disappoint, her company, and upheld their reputation by doing exactly what the agents did... DISAPPOINT!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot fathom how a kleptocratic institution like this can exist. During my interaction with these people, i got a sense that inherent requirements needed for the job is to be inept, *********** and be mentally unstabe. How these people can earn a salary, defies logic, I mean, how difficult is it to pay someone's money??????</p> <p> </p> <p>Next i'll probably get a response saying the usual... "we sorry", "we looking into your case". .... To hell with that, just give my money, you KLEPTOMANIACS!!!!</p>
Day 2 of waiting on Edith to respond and still nothing. I have spoken to an agent by the name Mhlangabezi Songwevu who said he would ask Edith to call me as apparently she was in a meeting. Of course this was a ruse and it is clear that he was lying to me as whenever one calls, that person is always in a meeting. Nevertheless, I am still waiting on Edith to return my call.
She has overpromised and underdelivered. What value she brings to the company... I dont know, but if she cannot do something as simple as return a call she promised to make, i shudder to think how she is able to handle more complex issues. She is an overpaid liability and should hand over her position to someone more capable.
