Pathetic

Service is pathetic and the people at the call center is *********** to do their job. I phoned twice this morning. I asked how often do they update the app an her answer to me is "i don't know we did not get training on the app". It take 2 days to prepare documents to be printed by the system. Why is there people working there if the system must do all the work. For many many years they were to happy taking money but now that i have resigned and need MY money they take there time. I'm just wondering when they borrowed the government workers pension money left right and centre to escom and all the other institutions dod they also had to wait. This people is useless
