Overlooked and neglected!!

I submitted my resignation at the GDE offices on the 15 th of March. I worked 3 full calendar months notice and finished up on 30 June 2019. When no pension paid out by 9 July, I called the GDE as to enquire. Apparently there was a document that wasnt labelled satisfactorily according to the the GEPF and hence the delay. During the 3 and a half months that they had my paperwork, no one contacted me in any manner.

All my documentation has been corrected since and has been at the GEPF since 18 July. I phone daily to check on the status as I require payout urgently. I am a cultural exchange teacher on my way to the United States. My flight departs 10 August. My file has been stuck at payments since 1 August now, no one touching it, despite numerous requests of urgency on my part. All that's needed is a tax directive which takes 3 hours.

This is ridiculous. I have no money due to no fault of my own. I have to represent my country in the US!
