Over 40 minute hold time

The GEPF has been experiencing high call volumes since I’ve had the misfortune of trying to reach them over the last few years. This morning I eventually hung up after being on hold for over 41 minutes. Apart from my airtime being depleted it is quite tortuous hearing ‘please be patient’ and the abominable hold music for that duration. Over 40 mins is unacceptable.
