Over 3 months and no payment. Pathetic government as usual.

It has now been more than 3 months since my pension payout application submission, 5 months since my divorce and 2 weeks since gepf said I should call again in 1 to 2 weeks. I have not received any feedback from gepf. Does anyone at gepf actually know what they are doing or is this just another case of the usual government incompetence? While I am typing this email, I have been on hold to ***for about 25 minutes. I cannot hold on any longer which is probably what you want and hope for. This is absolutely pathetic. I seem to have no choice but to lay another complaint, as if that will make any difference to any of you government officials. But then again, you know we have no choice. gepf should be penalised and charged interest from day one and not only after 3 months because it seems you strive towards the 3 months window so you can pay out at the last possible moment.
