Outraged!!

<p>I resigned at the end of September 2015!!!! Yes 2015 and I have still not received my money. After you told me that there was a shortfall in my contributions, which is not my fault, I still paid it in full, hoping this would speed up the process. After I paid the shortfall I confirmed with you that you had received it on 14 December 2016. My claim has been sitting with GEPF since 13 December 2016 and is now just lying in the Contributions Section, even though you acknowledge that you received the arrear contributions on 14 December 2016. Over 2 months and nobody has even looked at my file. If somebody would just take the trouble to look at my file they would see that the contributions are up to date and it can now be sent to the Payments Section! Please sort this out urgently.</p>
