Not interested in my escalation

I sent an email on 4 May to your enquiries email address. And am patiently waiting on a reply.

I have been calling your contact centre from 15 March to have my resignation benefit sorted. As as 20 April my claim was having my bank details verified. When I called back last week and agent advised it was still at the same stage. So for 7 days it hadn't progressed. When I asked for it to be escalated. The agent said okay. And proceeded to end the call. I require someone to email me, as I have moved to New Zealand unless you are able to make international calls.

I require my claim to be escalated and processed as soon as possible please.

When I request to escalate I just get an 'okay'. And in prior interactions I asked for a supervisor and they were ALL in meetings. And when I received an email address from an agent, she conveniently gave me an incorrect address.

Please contact me for my pension number and salary number. I am aware that I cannot include it in this complaint.
