Not being allowed to withdraw money that I worked for at SAPS.

I refered my pension fund matter to the ombudsman since 2021, they are not giving me a solution on how to complete correct forms and withdraw my money. They are refering me back to SAPS then to department of higer Education. My money is there I cannot access it. GEPF is currently having my exit documens but not lifting a finger to assist.
