Non payout extended waiting period,no clear answer

Hi my name is Mbali Ntuli I'm very frustrated to be getting the run around from GEPF.I have been calling this number ***for the past month I have spoken to 4 different consultance who all say the same thing please call again after 7 days we will escellate your case.in November 2017 made a claim for periouds 2007,2008,2009,2010 by January payouts were made quickly and no hastle for 2007,2009,2010 no payment for 2007 and apparently for 2009 again.have been waiting for 7 months for payout so decided let me start calling now and check what is going on today I spoke to a lady who told me that she doesnt even know when I will get the payout as they just started processing 21 May now is it fair that I wait another 2 months on top of the 7 I've waited and why are they sending me statements when they dont want to pay out my money.........pension number ********** 4 persal ********** 7....please advice me what to do
