NON PAYMENT OF THE PENSION FUND OF THE DECEASED

Dumisani Samuel Mphalala ID NUMBER *** passed on in 2011 ,on 28 November.<br> <br> He worked for The Department of Public Service and Administration .His Pension Number is ***7 and his persal number is ***2. <br> Charmaine Gumede a Human Resource Personel from his work place submitted a claim by his beneficiaries in 2012.<br> Every time I call to inquire about the progress of this claim since 2012 I am told the matter is with the legal department.I am told to call after 2 weeks every time I call.<br> I event went there personally but that did not help.<br> Here is a list of some of the people I spoke to:<br> Sihle Mtshali,Judith Moses,Charles Lethole.Maria Mokate,Sibusiso Mbanjwa,Chris Chrobbler,Lebo Pele and Maggie.<br> The deceased had 4 children who were his dependents.The youngest of his dependents has autism which means he has to attend a special school which is expensive and he has a special diet which makes him expensive person.<br> I submitted letters from friends,neighbours,relatives ,bank slips , pictures and receipts to prove my life partnership with Dumisani.<br> Our case is complicated because we divorced ,however,we lived together as husband and wife after divorce,We never separated.
