NON PAYMENT OF PENSION

Goodday. I've resigned from my Government job in June 2014. My pension was transferred into an external preservation pension fund in November 2014. However, due to some miscommunication, I requested for the transaction to be reversed. The reversal took place in March 2015. But to date I still have not received my pension pay-out. I have been contacting GPAA on a weekly basis since March 2015. But everytime the call centre agents tells you something different. I was told in Jan 16 to resubmit a Z894 and ID copy due to my banking details being more than 6 months old. which I did submit to cape town office in Jan 2016. But to date still no response or indication when pay-out will take place. Just the same old story that \its at finance section and still being processed\". And then the agents even informs me that I should not take longer than 6 weeks. Well I've lost faith in GPAA. Compaired to the other pension funds they are NOT effecient in handling queries as well as pay-out eg. Alexander Forbes. Alexander Forbes even gives out a printed yearly update report on your pension for you as member to look at. Please help. "
