NON PAYMENT OF DIVORCE SETTLEMENT

<p>I have since lodged a claim of divorce settlement on the 20/03/2017. I was told to call every after two weeks to follow up as to how far is my claim. All the time when i call GEPF, im told the same story that the file has never moved since it was received at Trevenna office, and all the people i spoke to they will promise to follow up on the reasons why the file has been stagnent at one position which is legal, they will promise to call back with feedback which has never happened. Till today i spoke to the supervisor who had guts of telling me that she does not know what is the problem and how possible that the file could be seating at one station since March till jUNE, and i guess its been that running around with no success of being helped as everyone tells same story that will follow up but nothing new ever happened. Have lost hope to the GEPF, as i beleive they are not taking their job seriously</p>
