Non payment of deceased benefits

Since I wrote a review I didn't receive an answer concerning the claim submitted I have not received any payment and until today when I call am told to check at the bank and there's nothing.I need someone to assist because the claim was submitted in August 2023.They saying the money is reflecting in the system.The claim is for my deceased brother and it must be paid to my mother who is a pensioner.pension number ***5
