NO UPDATE SINCE FEBRUARY 2016 -

<p>Every year we have to submit documents proving that my brother is still a fulltime student. The GEPF changes their allowed documents as they want to and when they want to. We submitted all the documents like we did in 2015, as per the list they provided to us. I started phoning them since March on a weekly basis asking for an update on the pay date of the pension... no one can give me an update... in May i spoke to a man who told me that the proof of study documents we submitted for 2016 is not valid... eventhough they were the same documents we submitted in 2016. we then retrieved different documentation from the university and submitted it to the GEPF in June. They have been busy validating these document for the last 2 months and everytime i phone them no one can give me any update on why the delay.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need a detailed update on this child pension from the Injury on Duty department </p>
