No service, no interest no response.

I resigned from the SANDF 2014 November. Firstly the unit I worked at did nothing to assist me with the process and delayed the process for 3 months. The 10 AA Regiment in Kimberley. Then my papers was submitted at the GEPF to Mr Obekeng on the 19th of February. It was only registered on the 3rd of March. I have never received any correspondance from the GEPF ever! Nothing, not even a SMS! I phoned the Pretoria office and spoke to Maria. She said that I must get the bank to write a letter and fax it to her. The bank manager at Nedbank said that its between me and the GEPF. They did eventually sent a letter only confirming that I have accounts there. I have sent emails etc but no response from the GEPF. Phoning is very costly because theyre lines remain engaged. I really do not know what should be my next step.
