No service in the past 3 months

I submitted a claim against my former spouse's pension on 2nd July 2015. I still do not have the payment in my bank account. My former spouse received her claim from my pension from the GEPF in May 2015.<br> <br> Since 2nd September 2015, I made multiple attempts through contacting the Call Centre of the GEPF, emails to both the GEPF and GPAA, and even complained twice through HelloPeter. All I have been getting as responses from the GEPF/GPAA is that my claim is still being processed.<br> <br> It is unacceptable that it has taken more than five months for the GEPF/GPAA to process my claim from my former spouse's pension when the same GEPF/GPAA has already paid out my former spouse's claim from my pension.
