NO SERVICE!!!! Call Centre does not answer or reply to emails. PENSION NOT PAID

I have been phoning the call centre for 3 weeks without any success. I am left waiting for an hour on the phone and no one answers. My 78 year old mother's pension has not been paid in for the Month of May. I have emailed a request on 9 June 2020 enquiring about the pension not received. I received the standard email from Gepf stating they will reply within a week. Up to date I have not received any correspondence. I need to know why the payment was not made and what we should to do reinstate the pension payment. I am unable to find anything on the website either. PENSION: CP***1: DR ELNA VIVIERS (ID ***). this is my mother's only income!!!
