No service

Our client Mrs FJP Sevenster passed away on 15 January 2023. All the documentation were handed in as GPAA office i Pretoria. HIs pension fund is still not transferred to his spouse. Secondly the medical aid is responsible for partial payment of the membership fees Which we also do not get any feedback. How is this possible for her to pay the full amount on the medical and she also do not receive the monyhly pension
