No response emails or calls 5 MONTHS & waiting
DIVORCE CLAIM AGAINST Pension number: ***0 <br> I have sent emails and waiting feedback however no response received. I have also called GEPF and awaited 21.29 minutes for them to answer my call and Call Centre said that there is no update documents are still with LEGAL, they cannot provide me an time period and they not able to transfer me to a Supervisor / Manager or a contact or another email address for Legal...... Is there anyone that can tell me what to do in this matter or who to contact, it is now 5 months that I am waiting for GEPF to pay out.
