No response. Death benefit payable

I wish this could help someone. We have been waiting for a Death benefit payment from the Pension fund for 4 years now. I have been told that it is with the payments section (for the last 4 months) and still nothing is happening. Does anyone know the complaints procedure to follow or can one report them somewhere (Ombudsman?). Thank you,
