No response after 30 days

I sent an email to the GEPF enquiries, enquiring about my late father pension benefits. To ask if there are any unclaimed benefits for my late father. I got an automatic reply email saying they will revert to me with feedback within 7 days. I sent this email on the 11th of June 2019, but I have not received any feedback from GEPF to date.
