NO PENSION RECEIVED FOR 3 MONTHS - CP***1
ON 2015/02/04 I WROTE A LETTER AND FAX IT WITH ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION TO APPLY FOR MY SON'S PENSION TO CONTINUE SINCE HE TURNED 18 ON 14/03/2015. I PHONED THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND WAS TOLD ITS APPROVED. NO PAYMENT END MARCH. I PHONED EVERY WEEK TILL TODAY, THEY SAID ITS APPROVED AND WILL ESCALATE THE MATTER. I'VE SPOKE TO NUMBEROUS PEOPLE AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!! NO PAYMENT RECEIVED FOR 3 MONTHS NOW. IS THIS HOW THEY TREAT POLICEMEN WHO DIED IN LINE OF DUTY'S WIVES AND CHILDREN? IT'S A DISGRACE!!!
