No pension payouts

Morning I retired from gauteng education department on the 31st March 2021, early retirement without penalty. I submitted all relevant documents. I have been waiting for payout, made follow ups with local HR and head office. All they say is that my file has long been sent to GEPF. I went to GEPF a couple of times, but told that they have not received anything from my employer. What must I do? Banks and other businesses threaten to take me to court, to repossess my Belongings. I am now in the third month, no payouts, no pension salary and practically broke. Please help me to get what belongs to me.
