No pension payout from GEPF its been 12 years

<p>Hello my grandfather passed away in 2005 and my grandma still hasn't received the payout from his pension fund with GEPF. We have called, we have emailed, we have called over a 1000 time and this is weekly. Call centre tells us contradicting stories all the time. My grandmother is from Vryheid I drove her to Pretoria to their head office and we were told all is in order we have to be patient as there was no one working on it as their didn't come to work cause there was no water, following day we followed up they told us its in a pile there are other claims they are working on. Since beginning of the year myself "grand daughter" and my grandmother have been calling almost everyday we'd be told payment is going to happen in 2 weeks, or its with finance and at the final stage they'd say there's a document missing all the time, this has happened countless times. Even as early as this week we were told its in the payment departmet than today (21 July 2017) we were told they want a document but they are not saying what. My gran is o the verge of loosing her house and car, it's been 12years please understand 12 years. I have sent messages on facebook on twitter, I've emailed just about everyone at GEPF and GPAA. Can someone give us a straight answer and please from the bottom of my heart HELP US HELP HER.</p>
