No pension fund payout

<p>My mother went on pension last year September and she has not receive her payout . Last time she went there they said her file is at payment department, but when she phoned yesterday her file was at another department . She's now depressed as all her policy's has lapesd and the bank wants to reposses her house as she can no longer pay her bond. Please help her.</p>
