NO PAYOUT, SINCE DECEMBER 2018

I am writing this post on behalf of my mother and her frustration with GEPF. She retired as of December 2018 and her money has STILL not been paid out. After numerous phone calls and visits to the service Centre, she was requested to submit a copy of her ID and Z894 form. This all happened on the 9th May. Almost a month later and there has been no payout or ANY form of communication with regards to her pension money. In totality this has caused nothing but frustration because of what is due to her, and we are now heading for the 6th month. Please fix this with urgency. Or ATLEAST communicate.
