No payout in four months.

Pension number ***4 or ***4<br> <br> Good day<br> <br> I submitted a claim for divorce payout on the 06 March 2015 and to date the claimm has not been paid out.<br> <br> Everytime I call the call centre I am told the file is with Legal. Every week I am given a different story and told to call next week. I am really desparate now and it seems that i am expected to beg to get served and most of all on money that i am entitled to.<br> I have made agreements with my creditors telling them I will pay them in 60 days time and now my integrity is on the line as i am waiting for the GEPF to payout before settling my obligations. Worst of all GEPF cannot even give me correspondence in a form of a letter to confirm that they are busy with my claim in order for me to hand it to my creditors.<br> <br> may you please speed up this process as it has been too long a wait and need this matter resolved speedily.<br> <br> regards<br> <br> Fana Kunene<br> ***<br> <br> e-mail: [Email Removed]
