NO PAYOUT!!!

I am very, very upset with the Government Pension fund....this is my second time complaining on Hallo Peter. Please, please we ask you just to pay us OUR money. We are all suffering financially because you have different stories all the time. I phoned 20/10/2015 and they told me that the file is finalized and the payment date will be in the next 2 weeks as they need to confirm our banking details. Then I phoned this morning 23/10/2015 just to double check. I can NOT BELEIVE this they said the file has NOT YET BEEN FINALIZED. I want to know by TODAY how is it that every agent at the call centre's story is different. I am not going to take this any longer please give ME FEEDBACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, WE NEED OUR MONEY.!!!
