No Payout 20 Month later & GPAA not Assisting

In your last response on the 10:01:44 | Wed 21 Oct 15 you indicated that a follow up will be made on this matter, and yet still there is no feed back. I had requested in my previous correspondence to be provided with names and contact details of people whom I can speak to either from your side or from Department of Education and yet you keep on brushing me of by telling me that a follow up will be made and yet nothing happens.<br> <br> isn't it better for you to say you have no interest in assisting me, instead of pulling publicity stunts by trying to show people that you are doing something while knowing very well that nothing has been done. <br> <br> You keep on telling me that no information was received regardless of the fact that I've told you that I was in one of your office at some point and there were information which was submitted and only disappeared after I wrote to the board of trustees, and yet no investigation has been done to date. <br> <br> Can I have names of people I can meet with personally to discuss this, and provide copies of documents which were submitted directly to your office as it was requested.
