No Payment!!! No communication

No payment. Call not answered!! No feedback, disappointed that after she worked for so many years she is now struggling to afford food and electricity. My mother retired 2025. She divorced years before after separating for more than 13 years and has a decree that states that my father forfeits all claims to her pension. Now feedback received states that her pension is held by Legal and the reason is due to divorce and this is strange as all court processes were completed with lawyers involved. Please see attached divorce decree which was submitted with all other documentation.

People who retired with her have received their money and will start to earn their monthly pension from the end of January, she in turn is stuck with nothing and cannot even apply for SASSA.
