NO PAYMENT END OF NOV?
Good day.Thank you for your response to my earlier post.I made a mistake and meant that I did not receive<br> a pension payment end of November.I did get a lumpsum payment and back pay on the 20/10/2015 and then my first pension payment on the 02/11/2015.<br> <br> but I have not received a pension payment end of nov. I called call centre and they say I only get paid end of December but should I not get a payment every month?could you please assist as I don't understand why I am not getting paid my monthly pension end of nov......S Bovey

Thank you for contacting the GPAA.
Please be advised that the arrears monthly pension (April until October) was paid out on the 20/10/2015.
Your monthly pension for November was paid in advance and it was paid out on the 02/11/2015.
As from December, your monthly pension will be paid into your account, on the last working day of each month.
