No payment
My file has been sent to and fro at the GEPF and SANDF, and as a result my payment has been delayed for seven months. My car was repossessed and my children are not going to school this year due to nonpayment. I have reported this matter on December 2015 and my file was at GEPF waiting to be returned to the SANDF for amendment. It was amended, and it is currently with the GEPF, however it is lying on a long queue at membership section and from there it will be sent to calculations section (similar queue again) for several weeks despite my plea with the GEPF consultants to speed up the process as it was long overdue. Financial obligations cannot be overemphasised and thus treating this matter in a serious light and speed up the process is the only way to get rid of this matter. I need a time frame for my payment so that I could inform my creditors.
