No pay out yet, delays from their side

I was granted half my ex wife's pension in the divorce order. The government fund received all the documents on the 19/01/2016. Then again the papers was so calledly worked on on the 29/01/2016. I have send numerous emails and made calls just the be dissapointed all over again. I do not get feedback what so ever from them. My ex wife got paid out from my pension fund already yet I have to wait for her pension fund. They were given 60 days which is overdue. All I want to know is when am I going to receive the pay out as I need my money.
