No Pay Out!!

I resigned from the SANDF on 23-04-15,as of yet I have had no feedback from the GEPF. I have been to the Bloemfontein offices for inquiries 3 times I have phoned your call centre many time being in queue for more than 20min without any thing being resolved and only to be treated with a bad attitude. We are going on to 11 months how is this possible?<br> <br> Living from month to month has become a struggle,<br> isn't the GEPF suppose to support it's members with regards to any transition be it resignations or retirement or Death<br> <br> Somebody has to step up take responsibility and do their job, GEPF's lack of action and interest has real life consequences to it's members.<br> <br> <br>
