No help regarding IRP 5

My mother is a pensioner and needs her IRP 5 Certificate for 2012. She has phoned the GEPF on numerous occasions and has not been received.<br> <br> In Mid-October she phoned again and was told by the agent who answered the phone that they were too busy at that time to respond to her request. That was after she held the line for a very long time. She does not even have a landline.<br> <br> Can someone please assist urgently with this matter as she really needs this. I will provide her ID number in the Policy or ID Section.
