No help given

I resigned in mid March, exit date 31st March 2019. As I have moved to Cairo I try to keep in the loop as to how far along the process is. I have been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes another time ( calling from Cairo you can imagine the cost) I have spoken to someone via email and they say it's not yet in the system. Who can I contact to find out exactly for far in the process my pension is!
