No GEPF payment out thus far!!!

<p>I am so disappointed! Iwas nominated as a beneficiary by my late grandmother along with other family members. I submitted all the required forms to claim at GEPF Pretoria on 29th August 2018 and I was told the claim will be paid up in 6 to 8 weeks. Today is the 3rd January 2019. When I enquire, it seems like nobody has answers as to what the delay is. Can I please get answers as to when will this be sorted.</p>
