No Feedback or service from GEPF

GEPF provides absolutely NO SERVICE! They never ever answer the phone after holding for 1 hour + They simply dont reply to any emails sent, even though they receive it and I get the read receipt.

We are now on week 17 on the transfer of a GEPF Member/client's funds and if my rating was 1 I would be glad to still have a job.
