No feedback no payout.

I am still waiting for feedback on my late mothers pension payout. The file has been with the forensics department for sometime now. It's almost two years since the passing of the main member. This is not fair on the beneficiaries. I understand you have procedures but this wait has been ridiculously long and what makes it worse that there is no feedback if we enquire they just say we are busy with the file. <br> Pension number ***3<br> ID ***<br> I just hope this is the last enquiry I make regarding this file because it's been too long.
