NO FEEDBACK - NO ACCOUNTABILITY - DIVORCE CLAIM
I submitted all the required documents including the choice form on the 18 May 2015 and I was advised that it will take 60 days working days to process and effect payment . The stipulated time now is past and still no one can give me a date or an estimation of when this claim will be resolved . The call center staff only give me one generic message \ the legal team is still processing"<br> Please give me an estimation of when this processing will be completed and the claim finalised."""
