no feedback
a claim for my mother was submitted 5 months ago, and we have had no response as to how far is it, we were told it takes 2 months to process, now I'm told its with legal, has been for over 3 weeks now, and no one knows why or for how long, the department was contacted last week, and there has been no response or feedback from them.
